Sally has an Advanced Diploma in Sports Therapy which she gained from the Active Health Group in Manchester as well as having studied Sports and Remedial massage at the Barnes School of Sports Therapy Ltd in Bath.
Sally is a qualified reflexologist and also qulified in ultrasound and kinesiology taping. She is a trained Movement Re-Patterning for Rehabilitaion Practitioner, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation) practitioner and Myofascial Cupping (Rockpods).
She works from the Up and Running Treatment Clininc in Trimingham Leisure Centre at Woodland Holiday Park in Trimingham.

Juli Kett Brodie - MFHT
Juli trained as a Sports Massage therapist after a life long interest and participation in sport and has a keen interest in keeping people active for as long as possible.
She is qualified in Sports Massage, Ultrasound, Kinesiology Taping, Rockpods and has developed a particular interest in running injuries, biomechanics and running re-patterning.
Lockdown allowed her the time to study Functional Biomechanics of Running and Running re-patterning with The Running School, London. She is registered with the Federation of Holictic Therapists.

Lisa qualified as a sports massage therapist in December 2017 after her own sports injury’s lead her to want to help others,she still participates in sport in her free time.
Lisa is also qualified in Sports Massage, Electrotherapy & Kinesiology tape application. Lymphatic Drainage, IASTM and Rockpods

Hi, I'm AndyI've been working as a Sports Massage Therapist for several years, with a long-standing interest in sports massage for runers , helping them to be injury free and to achieve their goals.
In my heyday , I was ranked 4th in the UK for indoor 800 metres, and i also enjoyed training for and competing in ultra marathons.
My career has included working as a Personal Trainer and spending 17 years workign as a Paramedic, giving me a broad understanding of the body and a strong focus on client care.
A few years ago, I set up my own business predominantly working with runners and helping them develop effective training plans.
These days, when i'm not working, you'll usually find me cycling or at the gym.
I'm passionate about being client focused approach, and working with each individual to help them achieve the best possible results.

My name is Sanita, and I'm a qualified Holistic Therapsit specialising in Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Fascia Release and Reiki. I have been practising holistic therapies for the past three years.
Before comin a therapist, I ran my own cleaning business for 10 years. During those ears, life was busy and demanding, and I often found myself looking for was to support my own wellbeing. I discovered the benefits of holistic therapies, meditation and taking time to reconect with myself.
After Covid, something changed for me. I realised that I wanted to be on the other side of that experience, helping other people rather than simply continuing with the busy life i had always known.
I wanted to create a space where people could pause, breathe and reconnect with themselves.
Today, my passion is helping people find more balance in their busy lives. Throug h massge, reflexology, reiki and other holistic therapies. I aim to give people time to slow donw, release tension and resotre their energy.
I believe looking after yourself isn't a luxury, it's simply about giving yourself permission to stop for a while and let someone else take care of you.
